This system can take care of all you stock details, different categories, edit stock details,
when prices change etc. On a daily or weekly basis you can check what stock needs
re-ordering. Check how many of each product were sold by month. Keep records of
Stock returned to supplier.
Accounts - Supplier and Customer Accounts Supplier -input all invoices as stock is received from this updates your stock and keeps
track of what stock was in before the update and the date received. Each
invoice's details can be recorded in the suppliers account. A record of each
cheque paid to a particular supplier can be recorded and this would update
the suppliers account thus keeping track of your account with them.
Customer - each time an invoice is generated for a customer the database would be
updated with invoice details automatically. Then when a customer would
pay for that invoice a Receipt would be generated and the account
updated. Maybe the customer returns goods, then a Credit note can be
issued, and either their Account is updated or Credit can be used on next
purchase.
Invoices and Sales Invoices - for each invoice a record is kept of every individual item on that invoice.
Invoice numbers are generated automatically. There is also an Invoice
Re-print facility. Check Invoice details, list Monthly Invoice Details, and
list Monthly Account Invoices.
Sales - each Sale records the invoice number, date, number of items, sub total,
discount, vat, and invoice total. Sales can be listed by Date, Month and
All sales. At the end of each type of listing, the various calculations are
made and totals shown, it also calculates the amount of VAT due to
Revenue Commissioners for the selected Date, Month etc.
Access to System
Access to the system can only be gained by Username and Password. So each
member of staff with authorisation to use the system would be allocated a
Username and Password, this would be stored in the database and verified
each time the system is accessed. If username and password not correct then
no access to system.
Extra
The system can also be setup to generate Gift Vouchers. The voucher details are
stored in the Database. In the event that a customer does not use the full value
of the voucher in one purchase then a balance is recorded for that voucher to be
used on the next visit.
